Course Outline

IN SESSIONS 1 AND 2

Students develop the ability to break both simple and difficult holds by combining action, motion and speed using natural body movement.

IN SESSION 3

Students develop the ability to use simple physics, deception and surprise by using ordinary objects not perceived as weapons to stop an attacker.

IN SESSION 4

Using the ancient science of Kuta, students develop the ability to convert potential energy into kinetic energy by combining action, motion and speed using a soft hand and natural body movement to stop an attacker.

IN SESSION 5

Using the ancient science of Kuta, students develop the ability to convert potential energy into kinetic energy by combining action, motion, natural body movement, a soft hand, full body and the feet with explosive speed to stop an attacker.

IN SESSION 6

Students develop the ability to use Kuta in all threatening situations. Some practical scenarios are used to reinforce the versatility.
